The printer is one of the hardware connected to a computer and has the functions to print text, images and other views from computer on the paper or similar media. The printer resolution is called dpi (dots per inch). the large number of points in the broad area of 1 inch. The higher the resolution the better the result. Conversely, if the resolution is low, the print is going bad / not goodThe printer can work with additional equipment :

1. Data cable, used to connect printers to computers and have two cable used like USB and parallel.

2. Power Supply, used to connect printers to a power source. Consists of an adaptor and connecting cable to printer

The type of printers :

1. Dot-matrix

The printer is still lower resolution and only have one colour, its black colour

2. Inkjet printer

The printer used colour ink and produce quality of picture is good enough

3. Laser printer

This printer like photocopy machine and produce quality of picture is better

The printer are usually composed of several parts :

1. Tray : place the paper to put the paper

2. Picker : the tool to pick up from tray
